I found one leftover from the nomination application still (hope that was the last), did a little formating for the bullet point list and added one blog post and the competencies paper to mentions.
Also added some possibilities on how to get involved in last sentence to make it clearer.
Did that from phone (amazed that it kinda works), so please check for typos before merge :D
